Hi, I’m Hollie, a Registered Dietitian and the founder of FabFitFuel.
I created FabFitFuel because I saw too many women struggling with their health—feeling exhausted, frustrated with their metabolism, and overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice.
Even as a dietitian, I’ve seen how easy it is to get caught up in the cycle of restriction, burnout, and “quick fixes” that don’t actually work long-term.
That’s why my approach is different.
I focus on helping women support their bodies through balanced nutrition, hormone health, and sustainable habits—not extremes.
